Steps
- Coach does the Evaluation –
- The evaluation will take about 15 minutes to review what your swimmer is comfortable doing in the water.
- The coach will let you know.
- Which group you will start with?
- What the schedule will be and what day to start
- What your swimmer will need for practice
- Paperwork and explanation -
- The waiver needs to be filled out completely including CC#
- Hand back to coach
- Text coach Patrick 941-228-9777 cell and send to him.
- Email address
- Childs name
- Childs birthday
- Parents name
- Do not register online.
- Wait for the welcome email from the PIPELINE system.
- After receiving the email login to the website and create username and password
- Download on your phone free OnDeck app -
- Use the same username and password for OnDeck as you did for the website. You and spouse our whomever can share the same username and password.
- This app notifies you of any changes to practice times of updated for meets.
Practice –
- Swimmer be in your suit; with a cap & goggles and any equipment you may have.
- Equipment needs for practice.
- Suite

- Fins
- Kick board
- Pull buoy

PIPELINE has an equipment bag for all ages with everything required for practice. To order a started bag from PIPELINE. Text coach Patrick @ 941-228-9777 cell and let him know your child’s name, which pool you are at and what size shoe your child wears.
- Parents are to wait outside the gate until practice is over and child comes to you (NO PARENTS ON DECK) this is for insurance purposes. Even if you are a member of the Club, HOA or resident PIPELINE’S insurance covers during practice times which does not cover anyone not listed as a swimmer for PIPELINE swimming of Coach. Please understand this is for your child’s safety.
- Coaches will take attendance as they greet the swimmers when they arrive.
New swimmers getting started.
- See coach about what lane and which group you are swimming with
- Go to assigned lane.
- Keep bag with equipment next to pool & towel or clothes in chair away from pool.
- Feet first entry only
- Listen as the coach teaches and instructs.
Team Communication tools:
- Website is the main mode of communication for all team members excluding the National and Futures groups.
- On Deck – the coach will post if there is any information regarding.
- Practice changes or delays
- Updates to schedule
- Meet updates and opportunities to participate.
- Text or Email – this will be the last mode of communication.
